Paul is a highly motivated outcomes focused professional and firmly believes that ARCA’s reputation for value, client experience and quality underpins everything.
Construction has always been part of Paul’s DNA – his passion for building things spans many years and originates from when he was a Project Engineer in 2002 building a state-of-the art factory in the UK for Heidelberg Cement, one of the world’s largest cement manufacturing organisations.
A degree qualified engineer and senior business leader, Paul brings over 25 years’ domestic and international experience managing major construction, development and engineering portfolios, as well as significant senior leadership experience working for top tier global companies including Heidelberg Cement Group, Boral and the J.R. Simplot Company.
Paul brings a wealth of capability to ARCA and specialises in business development and optimisation of processes and systems. This gives our clients a significant advantage as our business is lean, efficient and streamlined, which translates directly into maximum value for money for our clients.
Outside of work, Paul is a keen cyclist and you will often find him donning skin-tight lycra with other local Mamils. Paul also loves spending quality time and mountain biking with his young family and with his family and frinds.
