Paddy is our Site Foreman and works in collaboration with our Construction Supervisor running day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, on budget, safely and to the highest quality standards. A carpenter by trade, Paddy has extensive experience in the building industry having worked for luxury custom home builders in Melbourne and the Northern Territory before moving to Geelong with his wife Anna and joining our team. Paddy is a passionate leader and provides direction, guidance and support to our carpenters, sub-contractors and apprentices.
