ARCA recently completed a bathroom renovation and our clients are really pleased with the results.

Our clients were clear from the outset that they wanted an experienced builder to undertake the project. Being a small en-suite bathroom, we worked collaboratively with our clients and came up with some innovative ideas to maximise space and functionality and successfully transformed a small, pokey bathroom into a cosy sanctuary.

Niche shelves in the shower provided a functional, yet aesthetically pleasing solution for storing shampoo bottles and situating the toilet cistern in the roof cavity created additional space and a tidy, high-end feel.

By making some small adjustments to the floor plan, the amenity of the shower space was improved considerably and a carefully crafted window replacement significantly enhanced our clients’ morning view, which looks overlooks their garden.
