Our Story 

Since our Director and Co-founder Chris Hunger was little, he’s been passionate about construction – even nagging his father for materials to build treehouses in their backyard as child. Since becoming an Apprentice Carpenter in 2001, Chris has held various roles in the building industry, helping manage multi-million-dollar construction developments and high-end bespoke homes. There is nothing more satisfying to Chris than delivering exceptional homes and development to clients where the quality and workmanship is unbeatable. He strives to exceed clients’ expectations in every project.

Director and Co-Founder Paul Dugdale brings a wealth of unique experience and skills to ARCA. A qualified Engineer and senor business leader, Paul has over 20 years’ domestic and international experience managing major construction, development and engineering projects and has held senior leadership positions for several top tier global companies. Specialising in business development and optimisation of systems and processes, he helps our clients get the most out of their building budget.

Chris and Paul came together with a shared desire to create a premier custom home building service that would deliver exceptional design and uncompromising quality.
