As an avid and experienced property investor; Kathleen is passionate about the property market and has been helping clients achieve their investment and retirement goals for several years. Having built both her principal place of residence, as well as several investment properties, Kathleen understands the importance of excellent customer service and a healthy, trusting client-builder relationship.

Kathleen has gained a broad range of experience both domestically and internationally in a variety of industries including banking, insurance, property consulting and construction.

Throughout her career, Kathleen has held various HR, administration, learning and development and consulting positions in a multitude of companies such as NAB, New Zealand Post, Aviva and government bodies including the Australian Federal Government and the New Zealand’s Department of Education.

As ARCA’s Office Manager, Kathleen works tirelessly to ensure that clients feel confident and comfortable at all times and aims to provide each client with a rewarding and memorable building experience.
