Barwon Heads Townhouse Subdivision Project – Base Stage
We recently laid the concrete slab at our client’s two townhouse subdivision project in the beautiful and affluent surf coast town of Barwon Heads, near Geelong.
Our clients bought this block of land several years ago with the objective being to sub-divide and develop in order to increase their net wealth and build a nest egg for their retirement. The first house was constructed in 2015 and the clients moved in shortly afterwards. ARCA have now been engaged to construct the second dwelling, which is similar in design to the first home, except larger with differing design features and floor plan.
Both properties have been custom designed with a coastal theme to harmonise with the local environment and neighborhood character. Care has been taken in the design process to optimise private open space and internal room space, whilst minimising overlooking of neighbouring properties. Both properties have been fitted with high quality fixtures, fittings and appliances without over-capitalising on our client’s investment.
