Our clients’ strategy was to build two bespoke homes with different floor plans, orientation, construction materials and facades so that each property had its own unique design characteristics.

The first home was constructed in 2015 and ARCA have now completed the second dwelling, which is slightly larger and boasts a higher specification and finish. Both dwellings have been carefully designed with a coastal theme to harmonise with the neighbourhood character and local environment.

Special care has been taken to maximise internal room space by providing seamless flow throughout the home, whilst optimising passive solar design and being careful to minimise overlooking of neighbouring properties. Private open space has been optimised to provide a functional outdoor space for entertaining family and friends in the balmy summer evenings. Both properties have been fitted with high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances without over-capitalising on our client’s investment.
